Reorganisation of Community Governance Order (Boundary Change Order)

Following the Community Governance Review and the results of the consultation process we have received the official Reorganisation of Community Governance Order from Solihull MBC (dated 12th November 2018).  This document confirms the change to the Parish boundary to include the whole of Catherine-de-Barnes (and the rest of Ward BH07) which occurred in April 2019.

Register of Members’ Interests / Code of Conduct

All Parish Councillors are required to notify Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council’s Monitoring Officer of their Disclosable Pecuniary Interests, by completing a declaration of interests form. The Register of Interests is open to inspection by the public and copies of the Declaration of Interest forms can be accessed by clicking here.

In addition Parish Councillors are required to undertake their duties in accordance with the Code of Conduct adopted by Hampton-in-Arden Parish Council. The Code of Conduct document can be viewed here.
